FAQ (Frequently asked Questions)

Twin Waterfalls – Frequently asked Questions

Q1. How do I know if I’m eligible for Twin Waterfalls?

A1. Firstly, you must be a Singapore Citizen, at least 21 years old. You must be 1st or 2nd timer applicant, gross monthly household income not exceeding 12k, and must form a valid family nucleus. You can use our eligibility checklist to find out if you are eligible for Twin Waterfalls EC.

Q2. Why is Twin Waterfalls a good buy?

A2. This EC project is by a well known developer with excellent track record. Hence you can expect good designs with quality finishing comparable to private condominiums. Twin Waterfalls executive condominium comes with full condo facilities and extensive landscaping. With close proximity to Punggol MRT station, you can expect a good capital appreciation in years to come.

ECs will be privatised after 10 years. Afterwhich, the pricing will usually match with the nearby private condos.

If you are aware of new private project launches in D19, avg pricing is approx 900-1100psf. For this EC, its estimated to be priced around 720psf. You can potentially shave off 200k-300k at the unit price (20-25%), as compared to private condominiums.

Of course, ECs are subject to resale restrictions.
